Privacy Policy
How Brevi (“the App”) handles your information.
Overview
Brevi is developed by SSH Studio. It delivers bite-size general-knowledge cards and an AI tutor. We keep data collection minimal and do not sell your personal information.
Account
You sign in with Apple or Google via Firebase Authentication. We receive a user identifier and, depending on your choice, your email address — used only to create your account and sync your preferences across devices.
What we store
- Your chosen interests and saved cards
- Your subscription status (as reported by the App Store)
- Topics and questions you submit to the AI tutor / "learn anything"
AI processing
When you tap "go deeper", ask a question, or generate a topic, the text you enter is sent to our backend and to OpenAI to produce a response. This content is general-knowledge in nature and is cached to improve speed and reduce cost. Don't submit personal or sensitive information to the AI features.

Third-party services
- Firebase (Google) — authentication and backend/data storage. Firebase Privacy
- RevenueCat & the Apple App Store — process subscriptions and report purchase status. We never receive your payment details.
- OpenAI — generates AI responses (see above).
What we do not do
- We do not show ads
- We do not sell your personal information
Your choices
- Sign out at any time in Settings
- Request deletion of your account/data by emailing us
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account
Children’s privacy
Brevi is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
